- TimeTell has developed a special interface for PDA and mobile phones that can browse the Internet
- Two types of registration: chronological and day summary
Data exchange module
- Possibility to import and export data from external systems
- Exchange files is done by means of CSV files or, if TimeTell works in conjunction with a database (Oracle, SQL server), with SQL statements
- For exchange a definition has to be made by a TimeTell consultant
Flexible Reporting module
- Using a report generator, you can design/create your own reports
- The data that has to be reported on, can be identified and chosen
- Data can be exported to Excel, where further manipulation can take place
- Reports can be presented in table or a graph formatting
Business Intelligence module
- Option to do analysis and report position with Business Objects Intelligence software in conjunction with an Oracle database
- Option to do analysis and report position with Cognos Business Intelligence software in conjunction with an Oracle database
Clock module
- Opportunity to register time in TimeTell in conjunction with a physical clock-card system (based on legic or mifare technology)
- Book time using a key-chain, badge or fingerprint
Photo and Reception module
- This only works if attendance registration is activated (this can be done by clock or computer)
- On a main point (reception) you can see who is in at any time
- Photo's of employee's can be stored and seen by every employee. There is also the ability to store and recall a room number, department and phone-number in TimeTell
Database module
- TimeTell is database independent. There is support for MS SQL Server, Oracle and Interbase/Firebird databases
Translate module
- Ability to translate generic TimeTell descriptions to your company's lingua franca
